Terms and definitions related to personal identity and how this identity can be supported.
Common challenges of LGBTQ+ older adults, including discrimination and disparities.
Ways to create welcoming, affirming, and inclusive care communities for LGBTQ+ older adults.
Part 1 focuses on identity, discrimination, and disparities. Part 2 reviews common challenges related to care and methods for developing welcoming and inclusive care settings.
Requirements and Expectations
It is not required that learners have taken part 1 before participating in part 2.
